Wow, it's finally happened. Mitchell is now officially four years old. Where has the time gone? He is getting so tall and more than a little too smart for his(and my) own good. But at the same time very entertaining and VERY lovable. So for his birthday we had a little party at McDonalds for him and his little friends.

So they ran around and played like crazy then had lunch and cake and OF COURSE followed by presents. Like a deja vu from Christmas, Mitchell got quite spoiled. He got lots of cool toys, had lots of fun and of course finished off the party with a SHREK cake. Mmmmmmmm, think he's enjoying it?
We decided it was time for Mitchell to have a "big boy" bike. The enthusiasm was not really overwhelming, the training wheels make the whole experience of sitting on the bike a bit wobbly still. So lots of time will be spent with us holding the bike and reassuring him it won't fall over.
Uncle Niels found him a really cool Mickey Mouse stuffie, notice anything in these two pictures? Our big boy's "night time guy", stinky. Now that he is four, we told him when this "stinky" is wrecked, no more new stinkys. He has been replaced three times now, and this one is starting to come loose at the seams. I remind him of this when he is throwing him around with Mike and then he quickly hands him over to me for safe keeping until nighttime. It's pretty cute.
